Setting or Editing Appointment Schedules

Location hours identify when your facility is available to accept appointments and must be set before patients can request appointments.

 
Step 1

Login to your RemoteVisit account and select “Settings” in the menu on the left.

Step 2

Select “Practice Locations” under “Account Settings.”

Step 3

Select the clinic’s name, navigate to the bottom of the page, and click on the green plus sign.

Providers must also identify when they are available before patients are able to request appointments.

Step 4

Providers should login to their RemoteVisit account and select “Settings” in the menu on the left.

Step 4

Select “My Profile” under “Account Settings.”

Step 5

Select “Consultation Service Settings” then click the green plus sign to begin adding the hours and services available for each day.

Step 6

Providers can also designate when they are unavailable by choosing “Unavailability Settings.”
