Sending Messages to Patients
Administrators and providers will login to their RemoteVisit account and select “Patients” from the menu on the left.
Choose the message envelope to the far right of the patient to send message to an individual patient.
Select the boxes to the left of patients who should be included in the group message and then select the message envelope in the top right.
*After selecting the message envelope in the top right an option to send a message to all patients will be available.
Patients will receive system generated notifications when a new appointment is booked, an appointment is confirmed, and a health questions is answered.
Administrators will login to their RemoteVisit account and select “Settings” from the menu on the left.
Select “Notification Contacts” under “Notification Settings.”
